Heating Traced Cable Type Emergency Eyewash and Shower is a combined emergency eyewash and shower unit designed for low-temperature environments. Compared with standard models (5–38℃), antifreeze models (-5–38℃), and heat-resistant models (T>38℃), it offers the widest temperature adaptation range of -38–38℃, ensuring stable operation and preventing pipe freezing in extremely cold conditions. Installed directly on the floor of work sites, it integrates both eyewash and shower functions. When activated, it triggers an audible and visual alarm and sends a signal to the DCS system, making it suitable for emergency response in chemical and other settings where chemical splashes are a risk.

  • Product Features:
    1) Ultra-Wide Temperature Adaptation
    The temperature adaptation range is -38 to 38℃. Compared to ordinary and anti-freeze eyewash stations, it can prevent pipeline freezing in extremely cold environments, meeting the emergency needs of ultra-low temperature scenarios such as northern winters and polar operations.
    2) Dual-Function Integrated Design
    It integrates eyewash and shower functions. The push-type eyewash device provides a flushing flow of ≥11.4 L/MIN, and the pull-type shower device provides a flushing flow of ≥76 L/MIN, which can respectively handle chemical splashes to the eyes/face and body/clothing.
    3) Corrosion-Resistant Material Guarantee
    Core components such as the shower head, eyewash elbow, and valve body are all made of SS304 stainless steel, which is resistant to chemical corrosion and suitable for use with potable tap water as the flushing liquid, avoiding secondary pollution.
    4) Explosion-Proof Safety Configuration
    The junction box, sound and light alarm, and electric heating cable are all explosion-proof designs, with an explosion-proof rating of Exd IIC T6/Exe IIC T6 and a protection level of IP66, suitable for flammable and explosive chemical and oil and gas extraction scenarios.
    5) Intelligent Alarm Linkage
    When using the eyewash or shower function, it will automatically trigger a sound and light alarm and transmit a switch signal to the DCS system, facilitating timely response and rescue dispatch by on-site personnel.
    6) Convenient Installation and Transportation
    The inlet and outlet use standard industrial interfaces, and the bottom is equipped with a sturdy SS304 base, which can be directly connected to the on-site pipeline; it uses wooden box packaging, with two units per package, facilitating batch transportation and on-site deployment.
