Common type immersed ABS Vertical Eye/Face washer is a dedicated emergency eyewash unit for general-temperature environments, with an applicable temperature range of 5–38℃. Installed directly on the floor of work sites, it features a dedicated eyewash and face wash function. When chemical substances splash onto the eyes or face, it delivers a large volume of flushing fluid, with a required flushing time of more than 15 minutes to ensure effective decontamination.

  • Product Features：
    1. Standard Temperature Adaptation： Designed for general working environments with an ambient temperature of 5–38℃ and an operating temperature of 16–38℃, suitable for indoor and temperate outdoor work sites.
    2. High-flow Flushing Performance： Provides an eye/face wash flow rate of >11.4 L/MIN, ensuring sufficient flushing volume to quickly dilute and remove chemical contaminants.
    3. Durable & Corrosion-resistant Build： Core components, including the eyewash elbow, bowl, and valve, are made of SS304 stainless steel, while the main body uses immersed ABS material for good impact resistance and chemical stability.
    4. Easy Installation & Operation： Equipped with a 2002005.0mm SS304 base for stable floor mounting. The inlet is 1/2" FNPT and the outlet is 1-1/4" FNPT, enabling direct connection to on-site potable water pipelines.
    5. Reliable Emergency Response： Uses drinking tap water as the flushing fluid, ensuring clean and safe flushing. The simple push-to-operate design allows immediate activation in an emergency.
