Freeze-Protective type immersed ABS Emergency eyewash and shower
Freeze-Protective Immersed ABS Emergency Eyewash and Shower is a safety protection device specifically designed for industrial work sites, integrating both a shower system and an eyewash system. The core advantage of this device lies in its internally installed anti-freezing structure, which automatically drains residual water from the pipes after eyewashing or showering, physically preventing pipe freezing and ensuring the device's reliability in low-temperature environments. The main body of the device is made of SS304 stainless steel and incorporates an immersed ABS coating process to enhance corrosion resistance. In terms of technical performance, this product requires an ambient temperature above -5℃ and a water temperature of 16-38℃ at the site to meet the safety requirements for flushing. It provides a shower flow rate greater than 76 L/MIN and an eyewash/face wash flow rate greater than 11.4 L/MIN, capable of providing continuous high-volume flushing for over 15 minutes, effectively diluting and washing away chemicals splashed onto the body or eyes.
