Heating Safety Station with Eye/Face Wash.

Application: In areas where electricity is available, heating safety stations is intended for use in cold weather conditions. units provides moderately warm or lukewarm eye/face water and excellent protection against freezing. consideration should be given to supplying unit with tempered water in accordance with ANSI Z358.1-2004. See “Tempering Units” section for more information.

Shower Head:10〞diameter ABS. high visibility and corrosion resistance.

Shower Valve: 1〞IPS stay-open ball valve. Furnished with stainless steel actuating arm and 29〞stainless steel pull rod.

Spray Head Assembly: Two spray heads. Each head has a dust cover.

Eye/Face Wash Valve: 1/2〞IPS stainless steel stay-open ball valve.

eye/face of bowl:10〞diameter ABS. high visibility and corrosion resistance.

Heating parts: heating-Device has 10 KW. anti-exploded.

Electrical System: Unit is Furnished at the factory. All of components must be anti-exploded.

Pipe and Fittings: 304 stainless steel.

Supply: 1 1/4〞NPT female middle inlet. And 1 1/4〞IPS stainless steel three-way self-draining stay-open ball valve.


Quality Assurance: Unit is fully assembled and factory tested prior to shipment.
