Freeze-Resistant Safety Station with Eye/Face Wash and shower, with stainless steel.shower head and eye/face wash bowl are ABS

Application: Freeze-resistant combination eye wash and shower safety station. Units are designed to drain water in safety station automatically after use, so that no standing water remains in unit and possibility of freeze-up is eliminated. Since units are intended for use in cold weather conditions, consideration should be given to supplying unit with tempered water in accordance with ANSI Z358.1-2004. See “Tempering Units”section for more information.

Shower Head:10〞diameter ABS. high visibility and corrosion resistance.

Shower Valve: 1 1/4〞 IPS freeze-resistant valve with ring-pull. Valve body control inlets and to drain water out automatically after use.

Spray Head Assembly: two spray heads. Each head has a dust cover.

Eye/Face Wash Bowl:10〞diameter ABS. high visibility and corrosion resistance.

Eye/Face Wash Valve: 1/2〞IPS freeze-resistant valve with push plate. Valve body control inlets and to drain water out automatically after use.

Pipe and Fittings: 304 stainless steel.

Supply: 1/2〞NPT (eye wash valve) and 1 1/4〞NPT (shower valve) male inlets.

Waste: 1 1/4〞NPT female outlet.


Quality Assurance: Valve and spray head assemblies are factory assembled and water tested prior to shipment.
